How It Works
1
You have a new student
Congrats! On your schedule, you have a new student/new students and contact information

Write a welcome message to him/them, with the start date and the Zoom Link

You will get information on what to teach, what kind of books to use, and everything you need on Google Drive - My students
2
First Lesson
Record your first lesson and send to Doina via Telegram
3
Test
Test your Student(s) Lesson Number
11 & 21 (one lesson before the last one)

Your test must consist of the following parts:
  1. Written tasks (test on Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading)
  2. Listening (one audio and a few tasks, from simple to hard)
  3. Speaking Test (on communication, understanding and responding to questions)
Remember! Your test should be created according to the topics you have taught
4
Every Wednesday answer a super short report:
  1. How did you feel the whole week? Why?
  2. Speak about Each Student (who finished - wants to continue or not? Did he write positive feedback?; Who started - do you feel him progressing?)
5
Final Lesson
At your final lesson, the student must feel like he has progressed, so we need to give feedback. (it must be shown in written form on slides as well, for individual students; for groups - send it privately)

The feedback must contain the HAMBURGER structure:

POSITIVE - PARTS WE SHOULD WORK ON - POSITIVE

Example:
Student's final score is 85%+ at everything except Grammar; You should tell him/them that he is good at XXX, at YYY he must improve (so he can do more of YYY tasks next course with you), at ZZZ he is perfect.
